1. Scenic Skating.
London has a spectacular array of ice rinks to choose from this Christmas. Each has itsn dramatic back-drop and so it’s up to you which of these landmarks you want to gracefully glide around in front of. The Natural History Museum, Somerset House, the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace all offer their own majestic settings for skating. Each is also equipped with its own rink-side refreshment station should you work up a thirst on the ice. Skylight and Bar Elba have quite literally raised the game with their rooftop skating experiences giving you the London skyline as a backdrop. If we had to choose one it’d have to be Somerset House. Their night skating programme combined with the rink-side Baileys treat bar is the festive combo you didn’t even know you were looking for.
